This Privacy Policy explains how Just IT Nuggets ("we", "us") handles information on this website and in our internal publishing tool, Just IT Nuggets Publisher (the "Publisher").

1. Who we are
Just IT Nuggets is an independent educational channel publishing short IT explainer videos on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Contact: just.it.nuggets@gmail.com.
2. Our use of YouTube API Services
The Publisher uses YouTube API Services to upload our videos to our own YouTube channel. By using any feature that relies on YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy (also available at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
3. Who uses the Publisher
The Publisher is a private tool used only by the operator of Just IT Nuggets. It is not available to the public, and it only connects to accounts owned by Just IT Nuggets. Before connecting an account, the operator must sign in with Google and approve access on Google's consent screen, which links to this policy.
4. Information the Publisher accesses
When the operator connects the Just IT Nuggets Google account, the Publisher requests permission to upload videos (the youtube.upload permission). With that permission it:
uploads finished videos to our YouTube channel;
sends the title, description, tags, category, "made for kids" setting and privacy status (public, unlisted or private) that the operator has approved;
receives the upload result, such as the video ID and processing status.
The Publisher does not access viewer information, comments, subscriber lists, watch history, other channels, or any account not owned by Just IT Nuggets.
5. Information we store
Access tokens. Google OAuth access and refresh tokens, stored encrypted in the Publisher's credential store on a private server we control.
Publishing records. Video IDs, titles, descriptions, tags and publish dates of videos we uploaded, kept so we can track our own uploads.
Backups. The server is backed up nightly to private storage we control. Backups are kept for up to 60 days and then deleted automatically.
We do not store Google account passwords. We never see them.
6. How we use information
We use the information above only to publish our own videos and to confirm that uploads succeeded. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.
7. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share Google user data with anyone. No Google user data is sent to third parties, including AI services. The AI tools we use to write scripts and generate narration receive only our own episode topics and scripts, never any Google user data.
8. Google API Services: Limited Use
Just IT Nuggets Publisher's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not used to develop, improve or train AI or machine-learning models.
9. Other platforms
When the Publisher posts to our own TikTok and Instagram accounts, it uses those platforms' official APIs and stores only the access tokens and the resulting post IDs, in the same way as described above. Their own privacy policies apply: TikTok Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.
10. This website and cookies
This website is hosted on Google Sites. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not collect personal information through this website. Google, as the hosting provider, may use cookies or similar technologies needed to deliver and secure the site, as described in the Google Privacy Policy. The Publisher itself does not place cookies on visitors' devices.
11. Revoking access and deleting data
Access granted to the Publisher can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. Once access is revoked, the Publisher can no longer reach the account, and we delete the stored tokens within 7 days. You can also email us to request deletion of any stored data; we will confirm deletion within 30 days. Data in backups is removed automatically when the backup expires (up to 60 days).
12. Children
Our content and this website are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
13. Security
The Publisher runs on a private server that is not directly exposed to the internet. Credentials are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to the operator.
14. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.

3. من يستخدم أداة النشر الخاصة بنا؟
أداة النشر هي أداة خاصة ومخصصة للاستخدام من قِبل المسؤول عن إدارة قناة Just IT Nuggets فقط.
الأداة غير متاحة لعامة المستخدمين، ولا تتصل إلا بالحسابات المملوكة لقناة Just IT Nuggets.
قبل ربط أي حساب، يجب على المسؤول تسجيل الدخول باستخدام حساب Google والموافقة على منح الأذونات المطلوبة من خلال شاشة الموافقة الخاصة بشركة Google، والتي تتضمن رابطًا إلى سياسة الخصوصية هذه.
4. المعلومات التي تصل إليها أداة النشر
عندما يقوم المسؤول بربط حساب Google الخاص بقناة Just IT Nuggets، تطلب أداة النشر إذنًا لرفع مقاطع الفيديو (صلاحية youtube.upload).
وبموجب هذا الإذن، تقوم الأداة بما يلي:
رفع مقاطع الفيديو المكتملة إلى قناة YouTube الخاصة بنا.
- إرسال عنوان الفيديو ووصفه والوسوم (Tags) وتصنيفه وإعدادات المحتوى المخصص للأطفال (Made for Kids)، بالإضافة إلى حالة الخصوصية (عام، أو غير مدرج، أو خاص)، وفقًا لما يعتمده المسؤول عن القناة.
- استلام نتيجة عملية الرفع، مثل معرّف الفيديو (Video ID) وحالة المعالجة.
- لا تصل أداة النشر إلى معلومات المشاهدين أو التعليقات أو قوائم المشتركين أو سجل المشاهدة أو القنوات الأخرى أو أي حسابات لا تملكها Just IT Nuggets.
5. المعلومات التي نقوم بتخزينها
- رموز الوصول (Access Tokens): يتم تخزين رموز الوصول والتحديث الخاصة بتسجيل الدخول عبر Google OAuth بصورة مشفرة داخل مخزن بيانات الاعتماد الخاص بأداة النشر، والموجود على خادم خاص نتحكم فيه.
- سجلات النشر (Publishing Records): يتم الاحتفاظ بمعرّفات الفيديوهات وعناوينها وأوصافها ووسومها وتواريخ نشرها، وذلك لتتبع عمليات النشر الخاصة بنا.
- النسخ الاحتياطية (Backups): يتم إجراء نسخ احتياطية للخادم كل ليلة وتخزينها في مساحة تخزين خاصة نتحكم فيها. ويتم الاحتفاظ بهذه النسخ لمدة تصل إلى 60 يومًا، ثم حذفها تلقائيًا.
لا نقوم بتخزين كلمات مرور حسابات Google، ولا يمكننا الاطلاع عليها في أي وقت.
6. كيفية استخدام المعلومات
نستخدم المعلومات المذكورة أعلاه حصريًا لنشر مقاطع الفيديو الخاصة بنا والتأكد من نجاح عمليات الرفع.
ولا نستخدم هذه المعلومات لأغراض الإعلان أو إنشاء الملفات التعريفية للمستخدمين (Profiling) أو لأي أغراض أخرى.
7. مشاركة المعلومات
لا نقوم ببيع بيانات مستخدمي Google أو تأجيرها أو مشاركتها مع أي جهة أخرى.
ولا تتم مشاركة أي بيانات خاصة بمستخدمي Google مع أطراف ثالثة، بما في ذلك خدمات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
أما أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي التي نستخدمها لكتابة النصوص وإنتاج التعليق الصوتي، فلا تتلقى سوى موضوعات حلقاتنا والنصوص الخاصة بنا، ولا يتم تزويدها بأي بيانات خاصة بمستخدمي Google.
8. خدمات Google API: سياسة الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use)
يلتزم استخدام أداة النشر لزبدة التقنية للمعلومات التي يتم الحصول عليها من واجهات Google API ونقلها بالامتثال لسياسة بيانات المستخدم الخاصة بخدمات Google API (Google API Services User Data Policy)، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود (Limited Use).
ولا يتم استخدام بيانات مستخدمي Google لتطوير نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي أو التعلم الآلي أو تحسينها أو تدريبها.
9. المنصات الأخرى
عندما تقوم أداة النشر بنشر المحتوى على حساباتنا الخاصة في تيك توك و إنستجرام، فإنها تستخدم واجهات برمجة التطبيقات الرسمية (Official APIs) الخاصة بهذه المنصات.
كما تقوم بتخزين رموز الوصول (Access Tokens) ومعرّفات المنشورات الناتجة عن عملية النشر فقط، وفقًا للآلية الموضحة أعلاه.
وتخضع هذه المنصات لسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها.
10. هذا الموقع الإلكتروني وملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)
تتم استضافة هذا الموقع الإلكتروني عبر خدمة Google Sites.
لا نستخدم أدوات تحليل البيانات أو الإعلانات أو ملفات تعريف الارتباط المخصصة للتتبع، كما أننا لا نجمع أي معلومات شخصية من خلال هذا الموقع.
ومع ذلك، قد تستخدم Google، بصفتها مزود خدمة الاستضافة، ملفات تعريف الارتباط أو تقنيات مشابهة عند الحاجة إلى تشغيل الموقع وتوفير الحماية له، وذلك وفقًا لما هو موضح في سياسة خصوصية Google.
ولا تقوم أداة النشر نفسها بوضع أي ملفات تعريف ارتباط على أجهزة زوار الموقع.
11. إلغاء الوصول وحذف البيانات
يمكن إلغاء الأذونات الممنوحة لأداة النشر في أي وقت من خلال صفحة إعدادات الأمان الخاصة بحساب Google عبر الرابط التالي:

بمجرد إلغاء صلاحية الوصول، لن تتمكن أداة النشر من الوصول إلى الحساب مرة أخرى، وسنقوم بحذف رموز الوصول المخزنة خلال 7 أيام.
كما يمكنك التواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني لطلب حذف أي بيانات مخزنة، وسنؤكد إتمام عملية الحذف خلال 30 يومًا.
أما البيانات الموجودة في النسخ الاحتياطية، فسيتم حذفها تلقائيًا عند انتهاء مدة الاحتفاظ بالنسخة الاحتياطية، والتي تصل إلى 60 يومًا كحد أقصى.
12. الأطفال
إن المحتوى الذي نقدمه وهذا الموقع الإلكتروني غير موجّهين للأطفال دون سن 13 عامًا، ولا نقوم عن قصد بجمع أي معلومات شخصية منهم.
13. الأمان والحماية
تعمل أداة النشر على خادم خاص غير متاح مباشرة عبر الإنترنت.
كما يتم تشفير بيانات الاعتماد المخزنة، وتقتصر صلاحية الوصول إلى الأداة على المسؤول عن إدارة القناة فقط.
14. التعديلات على سياسة الخصوصية
في حال إجراء أي تغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية هذه، سنقوم بتحديث هذه الصفحة وتعديل تاريخ السريان الموضح أعلاه.
وسيتم الإشارة إلى التغييرات الجوهرية في أعلى الصفحة.
